It pisses me off how when I finally get back into my gym routine, I feel more free to indulge on bigger meals and desserts. An extra Oreo or 10? Sure, why not?
So because I workout, I eat more, which completely eradicates the progress I have before it really kicks in, so basically the gym is making me fatter.
I always knew gyms were the root of all evil. Now I have my proof.
