How to Have a Healthy Relationship With Food

Dietitians often say to have a healthy relationship with food.

My take is that you should bring a basket of meat, diary, bread, and vegetables out to dinner once a week, buy it some new clothes once in a while, and don’t call it fat.

Oh, and don’t talk about your old basket and compare your old basket with your current basket.
