Mr. Benjamin River is disappointed to have lost his civil suit against the creator of Show Boat, a Broadway musical.
He maintains that while he is a man, he is not an Old Man River, as a male in his 20’s. “It’s a sad day for justice,” he later said.
Mr. River was not available for questions by reporters.
